Overview

At Bellvora, operated by LF Capital LLC, we are committed to delivering your order safely and transparently. Bellvora operates as a dropshipping retailer, meaning that products are sourced from third-party suppliers located worldwide and shipped directly to you. As a result, delivery times may be longer than those of traditional retailers.

Section 1 - Where We Ship

We currently ship to Germany and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.

Section 2 - Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required. There are no hidden fees.

Section 3 - Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or public holidays.

Section 4 - Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Germany: 15 to 45 business days from the date of dispatch
United Kingdom: 15 to 45 business days from the date of dispatch

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage does not pass to you until the product has been physically delivered to your address.

Section 5 - Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Section 6 - Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to Germany and other EU countries, VAT is handled through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. Our IOSS registration is currently in process.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, VAT is collected at the point of sale in accordance with UK regulations.

Section 7 - Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier or retained at customs without resolution, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. No return of the original item is required in these cases.

Section 8 - Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Bellvora is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Section 9 - Packaging

Some products may occasionally be shipped without their original retail packaging due to supplier availability or high order volumes. In all such cases, the product is identical in quality, functionality and completeness to the one advertised. The absence of original packaging does not affect your statutory rights under EU or UK consumer protection law.
